Time flies, and in the blink of an eye, I have been working at the company for more than ten years. Over the years, I have been responsible for laboratory work in the environmental workshop. An entrepreneur once said, *"Working in a company hones a person's willpower and helps them grow quickly."* This is indeed true. My time in the laboratory has not only equipped me with technical skills but has also taught me many valuable life lessons. Some may complain that work is dull and monotonous, wondering why they should be diligent when there seems to be little passion in what they do. They believe that simply getting by is enough. To them, I say, "You are wrong!" The renowned philosopher Émile once said, "Work gives life meaning!" How can we truly experience the joy of work? The answer lies in fully realizing our value and becoming an indispensable part of the company. I love my job, and when others are unwilling or reluctant to do certain tasks, I strive to do even the most ordinary things to the best of my ability. Perhaps we are assigned to positions that seem less than ideal, but that is where we must start. We should take the opportunity to refine our skills, extract valuable lessons from our work, and prepare for future growth. Just as a thousand-mile journey begins with a single step, as long as we move forward, there is hope of reaching our destination. The success of a company relies on the collective efforts of all its employees. Each of us, in our seemingly ordinary roles, is like a drop of water in the vast ocean. But it is precisely these countless drops that come together to form the immense sea. Indeed, we live in a time of peace, and most of us engage in seemingly ordinary work. We may be ordinary, but why can't greatness be found within the ordinary? Even in the simplest of roles, we can hold our heads high, for within our daily efforts lies true dedication. We are the "eyes" of the company, playing a crucial role in its progress. I do not speak in empty theories, nor do I have extravagant expectations. My values are simple: show up every day, do every task well, and align my knowledge with the company’s goals. I serve the company’s growth, remain rooted in its foundation, and stay loyal to my responsibilities. Through my years in the laboratory, I have come to deeply understand the importance of gratitude. As the saying goes, "Only by cherishing what we have can we truly possess it; only with gratitude can we sustain it forever." We should be grateful to our company, for it has provided us with a platform to work and a space to grow. Ultimately, we are working not just for the company, but for ourselves.
