Shandong Silver Eagle Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd., formerly the state-owned Gaomi Chemical Fiber Plant established in 1971, was restructured into a private enterprise in 2002. Today, it has grown into a diversified large-scale private enterprise group focused on the purification of natural cellulose and the manufacturing of cellulose derivatives.
The company has achieved world-class standards in the field of natural cellulose purification, establishing a high-end industrial base that integrates the R&D and production of specialty-grade cotton cellulose, differentiated and functional regenerated cellulose fibers, and cellulose ethers.

In recent years, the company has been recognized as a "National Manufacturing Single Champion Enterprise," a "National Functional Pulp R&D, Production, and Export Base," and a "Textile Industry Functional Fiber New Material Technology Innovation Center." It has also been awarded the titles of "National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise" and "China Textile and Apparel Brand Competitiveness Advantage Enterprise." Additionally, it was included in the "Green Development Roadmap Alliance for the Regenerated Cellulose Fiber Industry." Its core products, cotton cellulose and regenerated cellulose fibers, were featured on the inaugural "Good Products of Shandong" list, and its "Taishan" brand has been recognized as a well-known trademark in China.
