From the founding of the state-owned Gaomi Chemical Fiber Plant in 1971 to its transformation into a private enterprise in 2002, and from a modest factory with a single production line to today’s robust development across three key sectors - cotton linter pulp, differentiated regenerated cellulose fiber, and cellulose ether - Silver Hawk has come a long way.
